Graduated from Jinling Guitar School, Song and Dance Troupe of Jiangsu Province (China), Ming Huang have studied with Mr. Yu Benshan, a famous Chinese guitarist, as well as Mr. Zhou Jianshi, for more than 5 years before he started performing classical guitar music on the stage. Ming taught classical guitar performance at all levels in China. Ming also attended master classes and workshops of various guitarists, such as David Tanenbaum (in Beijing, China), and Jan de Kloe (in Vancouver, BC), etc
Currently Ming teaches classical guitar lessons in the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland of British Columbia. All ages are welcome and there is no prerequisite. The lesson focuses on the modern classical guitar techniques and perfect tones. Those techniques help students to build a solid technical background for their future. Ming also teaches Royal Conservatory of Music lessons at various levels.
Play live is very important for music students, and the skillful students are encouraged to perform in various socials and concerts.
Ming is also a registered guitar teacher in the Beethoven at Home Music School.
